1Booking and payment

Provide an accurate name, email address and phone number for every driver. Book either one or two stations, with one driver per station. For two stations, both drivers’ details are required.

Prices and the total are displayed before payment. Online payment is handled by Razorpay. An unpaid checkout holds available stations for up to 10 minutes; payment verification confirms the booking.

If your payment succeeds but confirmation is missing, contact reception with the payment reference before making another payment. If the selected stations are no longer available, reception will review the booking and payment with you.

2Session time and arrival

The beginner session lasts 3 minutes and costs ₹149 per driver. The full session lasts 12 minutes and costs ₹299 per driver. Approximately 15 and 60 laps respectively are estimates; actual lap counts vary with driving pace.

All booking times are in India time. Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and instructions. If you arrive late, contact reception; an extension or replacement time is subject to station availability and is not guaranteed.

Keep your booking reference available. Reception issues a separate, single-use race ticket for each driver. Staff start and stop sessions.

3Arena rules

• Follow the operator’s instructions before and during your session.
• Stay at the assigned driving station. Do not enter the track or retrieve a car yourself; ask staff for assistance.
• Use the wheel, pedals and equipment as instructed. Do not intentionally damage equipment or interfere with another driver.
• Tell staff immediately if a car, control or camera feed stops working.
• A parent or guardian should arrange children’s bookings and supervise the details submitted. Contact reception before booking if a driver needs assistance using the station.

4Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must reach reception at least 4 hours before the booked start time. Rescheduling depends on availability. Requests closer to the session must be discussed with reception.

Refunds require staff review and are processed manually where applicable. Cancelling a booking does not automatically refund the payment. Read the cancellation and refund policy for the request process and timelines.
