1Information we collect

• Drivers and bookings: each driver’s name, email and phone number, chosen package, station count, date, time, payment status and ticket/check-in history.
• Payments: the amount and order/payment references. Razorpay handles card and UPI authorisation; this website does not store your card number or UPI PIN.
• Staff access: sign-in and session information used to restrict reception and race controls to authorised staff.
• Enquiries and technical records: information you send to reception and technical information such as request times, browser details and errors handled by our service providers.

2How we use information

We use information to reserve stations, verify payments, confirm bookings, identify drivers, issue tickets, manage sessions, handle changes and payment disputes, respond to enquiries and prevent misuse.

Race FPV confirms bookings on screen with a printable confirmation and uses each driver’s email address for confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling notices. Customer booking details are not displayed in a public queue.

3Access and service providers

Authorised reception and operations staff can access information needed for their roles. The service uses Hostinger for website hosting, Supabase for application data, Razorpay for payments and Resend for transactional booking emails. Providers may process information in the locations where they operate.

We may share information where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve payment disputes or protect people and the service. Externally loaded Google Fonts and links you choose to open, including Google directions, may receive technical information and have their own privacy policies.

4Cookies and browser storage

The website uses session storage to recover an interrupted checkout and local storage for staff sign-in. The payment provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Clearing or blocking browser storage can interrupt recovery or sign you out. Staff should sign out on shared devices.

5Retention and security

We retain records for booking administration, accounting, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. The required period depends on the record and its purpose. Contact reception about a particular record or deletion request.

Access restrictions and account-security measures protect information. Keep booking references and account credentials private. Never send us a card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or one-time code.

6Your requests and children’s bookings

Contact reception to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, raise a privacy concern or withdraw permission where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal or dispute-related reasons; removing details needed for a booking may affect our ability to provide it.

A parent or guardian should arrange children’s bookings and supervise the information submitted. Contact reception if a child’s information needs to be reviewed or removed.

7Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
